Ternary’s Aluminum Substrate Division specializes in thermal management, LED module design, assembly and OEM services. TRICON® serves various markets like Illumination, Display and Automotive etc. The Company also provides high mix low volume production services for various LED lighting Fixture Manufacturer or Integrators for various project based production.
