Heatron: Accelerating the high power LED revolution.
Heatron offers a wide range of design and development services, technology competencies including optics, thermal management, power sources and drivers, cost effective production and assembly capabilities and in-depth industry and technology expertise.
Using thermal management technology, featuring their proprietary ELPOR® dielectric for steel and aluminum core PCBs, Heatron provides custom-designed assemblies, utilizing an automated SMT line and hot bar solder capabilities. The ELPOR® Steel system offers the unique capability of printing and laser trimming resistors as part of the LED Light Engine. Custom shapes in steel, aluminum, and ceramic substrates are available.
