The NCP3065DR2G is a part of NCP3065 series constant current switching regulator. It has a storage temperature ranging from -65°C to +150°C and its available in SOIC-8 package.

The NCP3065 is a monolithic Buck Boost Inverting Switching Regulator designed to deliver constant current for powering high brightness LEDs (HBLED). The device has a very low feedback voltage of 235 mV (nominal) which is used to regulate the average current of the LED string.
