Optical solutions will determine the number or type of LUXEON® LEDs needed to meet lighting specifications. As a result, an optimal optical design will reduce the number of LEDs, which will decrease the cost and complexity of the application.
Whenever possible, it is advantageous to use standard solutions. This section outlines the optical partners that have developed standard and custom optical solutions for LUXEON® LEDs.
